We make heavy industrial and commercial grade bolted steel tanks. Even our baby 14,300 gallon tank is still the heaviest construction around. Check out the plate size and feel the difference. Our Steel tanks are built to last, no half measures!
Is the roof strong enough?
Yes. We use Stramit long span- which is a higher profile heaving roofing sheet, which gives a stiffer roof. This roofing system is not cheap, but it is the best and provides a superior trouble free roof.
What are the liners made from?
The type of liner depends on the tank height and what your tank is going to be used for. All the liners we use are heavy duty. We will not supply cheap unsuitable liners with your tank.
Different liner materials are supplied for:
- Water
- Chemical
- Waste storage
Normally a reinforced polyethylene liner is supplied for potable water. Chemical storage is usually a PVC liner and even a spray in Urethane liner system can be supplied.
Why do i need so many bolts?
The bolts? They make the tank stronger. How? More bolts means stronger joins where the strenght is required. We like to over engineer to make sure your tank will last.
What tank fittings come with my tank?
We can supply nearly any fittings, all sizes from 13mm to 400mm and beyond. We also have available table E flanges, vortex plates, float control valves, gatevalves and butterfly valves, which can all be fitted, just tell us what you need.
How do i get into the tank?
Internal ladders are supplied with every tank. External ladders are only supplied to order.
Can my children get inside the tanks?
All manholes on our tanks are lockable, just put your padlock on and keep all ladders away from the tank.
