Water Expo now on at Shepparton Showgrounds

The 2012 WTC Irrigation Expo is running at the Shepparton Showgrounds on 16 & 17 May 2012.

The Water Technology Cluster is hosting its third Annual Irrigation Expo in Shepparton on May 16 and 17. At this year’s unique irrigation focused expo, you will experience everything the industry has to offer in irrigation technology under one big roof at the multipurpose pavilion at the Shepparton Showground’s.

WaterStore have a site at the expo, showcasing our wonderful poly water tanks and water troughs, if you are in the area, drop in and say hello to Gary on site.

Congratulations to Laurie Brew of Bendigo, our latest three monthly winner of our Survey Competition.

Laurie wins $150 in BP fuel cards to spend just for filling out and returning a survey after purchasing his 2,250 litre water tank.

Laurie purchased his tank in March, and he commented "Extremely happy with your service, thank you".

Congratulations to Bob Sargeant of Lavington, our latest survey winner. Bob has won $150 worth of BP fuel cards just for sending back our survey on his tank purchasing experience.

When we rang Bob with the good news, he said "you bloody ripper, $150 of fuel cards would come in real handy."

Bob said our tanks were fantastic and he was very happy with our service. All he needs now is enough rain to fill them up!

WaterStore Wine tanks to the Barossa

WaterStore provide a large range of poly wine tanks and tubs.

Just recently, we sent off a truck load of 5,000 litre wine tanks to the Barossa.

Each of our wine tanks include an offset fermentation lock in the roof and an 18mm gassing plug in the lid of the fermenter. For more information, check out our wine tanks on our website.

Recently we supplied a couple of 2500 litre polyethyelene water tanks to Robyn A. in Bendigo. She had this to say about her experience:

WaterStore Annual Shutdown

WaterStore will be closing our office on Wednesday 21st of December, 2011 at 5pm, and will be re-opening the office on Tuesday 3rd of January, 2012 at 9am.

Deliveries will re-commence from Monday 9th of January, 2012.

Doug Bell, Karen Craig & Emma PowerMarong & District Pre-School is the lucky winner of a 5,000 litre WaterStore Poly Tank at the conclusion of WaterStore’s WaterSmart Community Facebook promotion. With the support of parents, friends and community members, Marong Pre-School was leading the race to get the most votes by the conclusion of the month long promotion.

Emma Power, who entered the Pre-School in the competition, was thrilled when notified of the win. “As a community group, it is great to see large companies like WaterStore being so proactive and giving something back to the community. The latest winner of the quarterly WaterStore Poly Tanks Guarantee survey was Bernie Clark of Donald, Victoria.

Bernie recently purchased a brand new WaterStore 33,750 litre poly water tank to supply fresh clean water to his home.

He was very happy when we rang him and said that he had won $150 in BP Fuel Cards for simply filling out the survey and providing us with valuable feed back.

Unusual tanks - a pool and games room inside a tank

We are always looking for unusual uses for water tanks, and at a caravan park in Cooper Pedy, they have a couple of huge water tanks which have been pulled into service as unusual storage.

One tank contains a large swimming pool (and the pool itself looks like another water tank!). It gets extremely hot in Cooper Pedy, so having the pool under cover maintains a much more reasonable temperature than outside.

Another tank contains a comprehensive TV/Games room..
