BDAV Industry Experts meet in Central Victoria

WaterStore’s Sales and Marketing Manager Doug Bell was the guest speaker at the recent  BDAV Regional Meeting in Bendigo, Victoria.

The Building Designers Association of Victoria represents building designers across Victoria, and this pro-active group has regular educational meetings to further increase the knowledge of its members and to help them develop a broader array of skills.

“It was a great evening and the feedback from the members was very positive”,  Doug said.

“We discussed a range of water saving ideas, various poly tank design aspects and also covered what to look for with various water storage technologies.”

The members were also given a full background in how rotomoulding in the plastic industry is done, right through to recycling  waste products.

The Water Store site was buzzin this morning with a hive of activity and excitement among staff and contractors as the new shed roof was finally craned on thanks to Leechs cranes!

Shed number 5 is fast nearing completion, making way for a larger storage and production capacity.

The last few years have seen a number of new buildings appear including a brand new state of the art office, 2 brand new 20 x 60 sheds, complete installation of a new CFA approved fire service and the completion of the biggest rotational moulding machine in the southern hemisphere.

2004 - 20th Birthday celebrations for Water-Store

The year 2004 marks a very important milestone for Water-Store.

In 1984, a small one man operation making water tanks emerged in Eaglehawk, Victoria . This year that same one man operation has turned into a  second generation, Victoria wide,  top quality business called Water-Store . 

To celebrate Water-Store’s 20 year birthday we will be holding a big birthday celebration through out the year.  Specials will be announced regularly!

2003 Manufacturing Industry award winners

Water Store Products are the WINNERS of the 2003 Powercor Bendigo Business Excellence Awards - Manufacturing Industry above 10 employees.

2003 was the second year running that we have been nominated and made the finals.

Water Store Products have also won awards from the Association of Rotational moulders Australasia Inc. for the best rotationally moulded product in 2003, for their X3 Extreme sailing dingy.
